• Prizes include gold coins, silver coins, CYD AirPods, and other promotional items.

• The total prize pool value is up to ₹10 Crores (approximate and subject to change based on market value).

• The weight, purity, and design of gold/silver coins shall be determined solely by the Company.

4. Prize Distribution

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Prize claims are subject to submission of valid proof of purchase and verification by the Company.

• The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.

5. Warranty & Product Policy

• All CYD AirPods are covered under a 3-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.

• Physical damage, water damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repair attempts will void the warranty.

6. Fraud & Misuse

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering, misrepresenting information, or violating the terms of the Scheme.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Catch Your Dream Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.

7. Tax Liability

• Any applicable taxes, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), GST, or other statutory levies on prizes shall be borne by the winner as per Indian law.

• The Company may deduct applicable taxes before releasing the prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or technical failure related to participation in the Scheme.

• The Company makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• The Scheme shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
